The items for sale on this website are ‘Fan Art’ and are protected as ‘Fair Use’. The products listed on this website are in no way affiliated, associated, licensed or endorsed by Disney, Lucasfilm Ltd., Industrial Light and Magic, or any other entertainment or media company. All the designs were created by us or are used under the Creative Commons license. If you have any queries in relation to this, please contact us. All items are ‘made to order’ using a 3D Printer.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.
Registration
In order to make a purchase through the 3D Fandom website or to use some of the services or features made available to you on our website you will be required to register. When you register, you will be required to provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, your name and email address, which is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. We may change registration requirements from time to time. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Accuracy of content
Every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. If an error occurs, we reserve the right not to accept your order. While the detail and colour reproduction is a close representation, every piece is individual and variations in actual goods may occur.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘Confirm Order’ on the Shopping Basket page of our ordering process.
Delivery
We will deliver orders in accordance with the delivery rates detailed on our Delivery page. Whenever referred to, business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.
Acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us quoting your order number. Alternatively go to My Account to access your order information. We may not accept your order if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.
Inspection
You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything specified is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you return the goods in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date.
Payment
Payment is made via PayPal. You confirm that the credit card or other payment method being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to the 3D Fandom, we will not be liable for delay or non-delivery of goods. We retain the legal ownership of all goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the goods will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the goods to you. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
Customs and Duties
It is the responsibilities of the customer to check the relevant laws and regulations in their country to insure they are allowed to import items ordered from 3D Fandom. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are also the responsibility of the customer. Items that are refused by customs will not be refunded unless they are returned to us in a re-saleable condition.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact us. Some orders at an advanced stage of processing may not be eligible for cancellation. If you wish to return your order, please contact us.
Governing Law
This Site has been designed to comply with the laws of Ireland. Use of this Site is subject to the laws of Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland) which shall exclusively govern the interpretation, application and effect of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims or disputes arising in relation to, out of, or in connection with this Site and its use. If any provision of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall be held unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason under the law of any jurisdiction then such provision shall be deemed severed in that jurisdiction and this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions in that jurisdiction or the validity and enforceability of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS in any other jurisdiction.
